grate,avalveboxcover,orasmallareaofturf.
Reectance—reectedlightenergyinspecicwavelengths
thatisdetectedandmeasuredbythespectrometertocalculate
levelofturfvigor.
Salinity—solublesaltsinthesoilmeasuredbythesoil
sensorandstreamedintheLogDatascreen.Salinityis
usuallycausedbylowquality(saline)irrigationwaterandis
detrimentaltoturf.
SoilMoisture—waterstoredintheporespaceofsoil
measuredbythesoilsensorandstreamedintheLogData
screenasvolumetricwatercontent(VWC%).
SoilTemperature—thetemperatureofthesoilinthe
