Using a roller bracket plate, (2) 1/2 x 1–1/2 inch capscrews and lock nuts, loosely install a roller bracket to the vertical frame tube on each end of the aerator (Figure 1). The roller brackets must point away from the aerator. 2. Center the roller bracket between the shroud and the bottom of the frame and tighten the lock nuts (Figure 1).

Steps 5 and 6 are for models 09931, 09932, 09933 and 09934. the spring posts with the double grooves toward the channel as shown in Figure 6. 5. On each end of the aerator, remove the upper capscrew and lockwasher securing the side of the shroud assembly to the vertical frame tube (Figure 4). Discard the capscrews and washers. Figure 6 1. 10. Position the roller/pillow block assembly under the rear of the roller channels (Figure 9). 11. Loosely mount a pillow block to each roller channel with (2) capscrews, small washers and lock nuts (Figure 9). 14. On each end of the aerator, install a hook spring assembly as follows: • Hook two of the spring wires onto the long spring post (Figure 11). • Insert the spring onto the installed spring wires until the wire ends hook onto the spring (Figure 11).
