mountingplateandtheguardtotheleftsideofthe

aeratorframe(Figure1).Retaintheboltsbutdiscard

thenuts.

Remove the (4) bolts and nuts securing the guard mounting plate and the guard to the left side of the aerator frame (Figure 1). Retain the bolts but discard the nuts. 1 g018229 2 Figure 2 1. Roller arm bracket 2. Roller guide 5. Loosely mount a bearing to each roller arm with (2) 7/16 x 2 inch bolts and 7/16 inch locknuts (Figure 3).

6. On the left side of the aerator, insert a flange bushing into each end of the mounting tube on the frame (Figure 4). 4 10. Secure the roller shaft to the roller arm with a 3/4 inch locknut (Figure 5). 11. Tighten the set screw securing the bearing to the roller shaft. 5 12. On the right side of the aerator, insert a flange bushing into each end of the mounting tube on the frame. 1 13. Insert a spacer onto the right end of the roller shaft and a spacer into the hole in the left roller arm. 14.
