1.Removetheexistingstopsolenoidandgasketfrom

theengine.

2.Cleantheenginemountingsurfaceofanygasket

material.

3.Coatthemountingsurfaceswithacommercially

availableRTV ,suchasThreeBond1207F .

4.Mountthenewsolenoidtotheengineandtighten

themountingbolts.

5.Connectthetwowirejumperharnesstotheexisting

solenoidharnessandtothesolenoid.
