Carefully read the directions printed
on the chemical manufacturer's
labels before handling chemicals.
Keep spray material from skin. If
spray material comes in contact with
body, was it off immediately with
clean water and detergent.
Always wear goggles and other
protective equipment as
recommended by the Chemical
Manufacturer.
Rinse and drain Tank BEFORE
performing this procedure.

TANK AGITATION BULKHEAD HOLE GAUGE
NOTICE:
Use this Instruction Sheet with the Tank
Hole Gauge for checking proper position
and diameter of front Agitation Bulkhead
hole in the Multi Pro
®
1200 and Multi
Pro
®
1250 Tanks.
CHECKING PROCEDURES:
Disconnect Hose and remove Nut and Bulkhead
fitting from the front Agitation Bulkhead hole.
CHECK POSITION OF HOLE:
1. Open Tank Lid and make entry through the
opening.
2. Position Tank Gauge as shown in FIG. 1.
Hold Gauge firmly against bottom of Tank.
3. Slide Gauge with cylinder facing the hole in
the Tank until cylinder makes contact with hole.
If the bottom rim of the cylinder on gauge is above
the hole in Tank, the hole is not in the correct
position.
The Tank must be replaced. See
FIG. 2.

CHEMICALS ARE HAZARDOUS AND
CAN CAUSE PERSONAL INJURY!
CHECK DIAMETER OF HOLE:
1. From outside of Tank, attempt to insert the
Tank Gauge cylinder squarely into the hole in
Tank. If cylinder of Gauge can be inserted into
Tank, the hole is too large. The Tank must be
replaced. See FIG. 3, page 2.
