Installation Instructions
Note: When installing the Manual Spray System on a
Workman Vehicle which has a serial number greater than
220000001, the following instructions must be used in
conjunction with the set–up instructions supplied with the
system.
Complete the first three sections of this
instruction sheet before mounting the saddle on
vehicle.
Install Radiator Hose
1. Drain radiator.
If engine has been running, pressurized hot
coolant can escape when radiator cap is
removed and cause burns.
Caution
2. Remove clamps securing radiator hose to engine and
radiator.
3. Remove and discard radiator hose.
4. Install new hose with clamps removed.
Important To prevent engine over–heating, replenish
radiator per instructions in Workman Operators Manual.

Mount Spacer Blocks
1. Using dimensions shown in figure 2, locate, mark and
drill a .406” dia. hole in the bottom of right frame angle
of sprayer skid. Hole to be centered on frame angle.

2. Repeat procedure on left frame angle.
3. Mount a spacer block to each frame rail with a hex
socket screw and whiz lock nut (Fig. 3). Spacer blocks
to be positioned with the screw to the front.
