Installation Instructions
1. Remove belt cover from groomer housing (Fig. 1).

2. Remove belt from driver pulley, idler pulley and
driven pulley (Fig. 2).

3. Remove bolt securing left adjuster arm to roller shaft
(Fig. 3).

4. Remove locknut and Belleville washer securing
adjuster arm assembly rod end to groomer drive
assembly pin (Fig. 3).
5. Remove carriage bolt, washer and nut, securing
adjuster arm assembly to side plate (Fig. 3).
6. Remove nut securing the driven pulley to the end of
the groomer shaft (Fig. 4). Remove pulley.
7. Remove key from keyway in groomer shaft (Fig. 4).
8. Remove the flangehead capscrew and washer securing
groomer drive pulley to the reel shaft (Fig. 4). Remove
pulley.
9. Remove the (2) shoulder nuts securing the groomer
drive assembly to bearing housing and side plate
(Fig. 4).
10. Remove the groomer drive assembly from the bearing
housing and mounting bolts (Fig. 4).
