Prepare the Machine

Cover support, left side

Bolt, (1/4 x 3/4 inch)

Install the side cover supports.

Cover, rear

Install the rear cover.

Note: Deter mine the left and right sides of the mac hine from the nor mal operating position.

Note: T his installation of this kit will require drilling holes into the mac hine c hassis . A v oid damaging

the mac hine b y understanding what is behind the surface to be drilled and tak e precaution not to har m

any inter nal par ts .

Procedure

Lo w er the loader ar ms , stop the engine and

remo v e the k ey .

1. Open the rear co v er b y unlatc hing the fastener

on the left side of the mac hine ( Figure 1 ).

2. R emo v e the fasteners securing the latc h to the

mac hine . Discard latc h and fasteners ( Figure

1 ).

the fasteners and cover. Retain the Operator’s Manual housing tube and clamps. 5. Remove the fasteners securing the hinge cover and hinge to the machine (Figure 2). One the right side of the machine, remove the fasteners securing the hinge plate to rear cover (Figure 2). Discard the fasteners.

Drill two 15/64 inch diameter holes in the locations marked. 3. Drill a 15/64 inch diameter hole a the marked location.

Install the R-clamps with the Operator’s Manual tube to the rear cover using 2 rivets and 2 back washers located in loose parts. 2.
