Operation WARNING Running the fan continuously for more than 1 hour will discharge the battery. The battery discharge may prevent the machine from starting again or cause engine problems. Note: Determine the left and right sides of the machine from the normal operating position. WARNING • Do not use the fan for more than 1 hour straight at a time.
Maintenance Storage Cleaning the Fan Screen 1. Clean the attachment. Refer to Cleaning the Fan Screen. The screen needs to be cleaned before each use. 2. Inspect the attachment for damage. 1. Disengage the power take off (PTO) and set the parking brake. 3. Store the machine in a clean, dry place, out of direct sunlight. If you must store the machine outside, cover it with a weatherproof cover. This protects the plastic parts and extends the life of the machine. 2.
Troubleshooting Problem Abnormal vibration. Fan does not run. Possible Cause Corrective Action 1. Fan mounting bolts are loose. 1. Tighten the fan mounting bolts. 2. Blower fan blade(s) is/are bent or unbalanced. 2. Contact an Authorized Service Dealer. 1. Electrical connections are loose. 1. Tighten the electrical connections. 2. The battery is discharged. 3. The fuse is blown. 2. Recharge the battery. 3. Check the fuse and replace it if needed.
