Becomefamiliarwithalloperatingandsafety
instructionsintheoperator’smanualforyour
mowerbeforeusingthisattachment.
Alwaysshuttheengineoffandwaitforall
movingpartstostopbeforeclearingan
obstructionfromthefan.
Neverdomaintenanceorrepairswhilethe
engineorthefanarerunning.
TurningontheFan
Pulltheswitchdowntoturnthefanonandpushit
uptoturnitoff(Figure5).

RunningtheFan
Turnthefanoffwhenthemachineisturnedoff.
Runthefannomorethan1hourstraightata
time.Thiswillpreventthebatteryfrombeingfully
discharged.
Thefancanbeturnedonandoffduringmowing.
Makesurethetotalruntimedoesnotexceedmore
thanthehalfofthemowingtime.
Runthefannomorethanhalfofthemowingtime
onajob.Forexample,ifamowingjobwilltake2
hourstomow,donotusethefanmorethan1hour.
WARNING
Runningthefancontinuouslyformorethan1hour
willdischargethebattery.Thebatterydischarge
maypreventthemachinefromstartingagainor
causeengineproblems.
Donotusethefanformorethan1hourstraight
atatime.
Donotusethefanformorethanhalfofyour
mowingtimeonajob.
Turnthefanoffwhenthemachineisturnedoff.
TransportingwithaFoldable
ROPS
DonotfoldtheROPSwhentransportingthemachine
onanopentrailerwiththeOperatorFanKitinstalled.
Thiswillpreventthefanfromturningrapidlywhile
transporting.
