Installation Instructions

1. Remove the cotter pins and washers securing the

wheels to the axles (Fig. 1).

2. Remove the bolts and nuts securing the right and left

axles to the trailer cradle (Fig. 1). Remove the cradle

and the right axle from the frame.

3. Insert the new right axle into the frame (Fig. 2).

4. Secure the axles to the cradle with the bolts and nuts

previously removed (Fig. 2).

5. Insert the new spacer onto the right axle (Fig. 2).

6. Insert the wheels onto the axles and secure each with a

washer and cotter pin previously removed (Fig. 2).

Note: Make sure the wheels are positioned on the axles

with the valve stems to the outside.
