Safety and Instruction Decals

Safety decals and instructions are easily visible to the operator and are located near any area

of potential danger. Replace any decal that is damaged or lost.

1. Warning—read the Operator’s Manual and receive training

before operating the machine.

2. Thrown object hazard—keep bystanders a safe distance from

the machine.

3. Tipping hazard—slow machine before turning, do not turn at

high speeds; lower the cutting unit when driving down slopes;

always wear the seat belt with the ROPS installed.

4. Warning—do not park the machine on slopes; engage the

parking brake, lower the cutting units, stop the engine and

remove the ignition key before leaving the machine.

5. Warning—read the Operator’s Manual, do not tow the machine.

Mount the ROPS 1. Lower the roll bar aligning it with the mounting holes in the frame as shown in figure 2. POTENTIAL HAZARD • Traction Unit rolls over. 2. Secure each side of the roll bar to the frame with (4) 1/2 x 1–1/4 inch flangehead bolts (Fig. 2). WHAT CAN HAPPEN • Bodily injury or death could occur. HOW TO AVOID THE HAZARD • Make sure to use the seat belt when the ROPS is installed on the Reelmaster 5010 Traction Units. Mount the Seat Belt 1.
