1. Position the machine on a clean, level surface, lower the
cutting units, stop the engine, engage the parking brakes
and remove the key from the ignition switch.
2. Place a drain pan under the rear lift arm hoses
connected to the frame fittings on the side of the
machine (Fig. 1).
3. Disconnect the lift arm hoses from the frame fittings
and the lift cylinder fittings from the fittings on the lift
arm (Fig. 1). Mark all the hose and fitting locations to
ensure correct re–assembly. Cap the hoses and fittings
to prevent contamination from entering the hydraulic
system.
4. Disconnect the wire harness from the lift arm.
Note: Retain all removed components and fasteners for
re–installation unless other wise instructed.
5. Remove the (4) bolts and washers securing each rear lift
arm to the frame (Fig. 1). Retain the upper rear bolt and
all of the washers. Rest the lift arm on the rear tire.

6. Remove the bolts, washers and nuts securing the tipper
support brackets to the frame rail, frame rail flange and
to the motor mounts (Fig. 1). Retain the bolts, washers
and nuts that secure the front tabs of the tipper support
brackets to the engine supports. Discard all other
fasteners.
Note: When disconnecting the tipper bracket supports from
the engine mounts, it is not necessary to remove the bolts.
Only remove the nuts and washers.
7. Remove the (2) frame section bolts located rear of the
ROPS (Fig. 1).
8. Remove the hood latch keeper from each side of the
machine (Fig. 1). Make sure the rivets are removed
from the mounting holes. Discard the keepers.
9. Remove the tipper bracket and the roller assembly from
the old tipper support brackets (Fig. 2).
