Partsneededforthisprocedure:

1Blankingcap

1/4-inchtee

Procedure

1.Lowerthecuttingunits,stoptheengine,removethe

key,andensurethatthereisnoremainingpressurein

thehydrauliccircuit.

2.Raiseandsupporttheoperator’splatform.

3.Removethecenterdrainhosefromthebottomofthe

returnbypassmanifold.

4.Installablankingcapintheopening.

5.Onthereturnbypassmanifold,removethebrake-valve

return-hosefromthe3/8-inchtee-ttingintheport

labelled“T.”

6.Loosenthe3/8-inchtee-ttingandrotateitsothatthe

1/4-inchbranchispointingtotheright(Figure1).

It reroutes the cutter-motor drain-line directly back to the tank to prepare for potential cutter motor replacements. Before installing this kit, refer to your machine’s Operator’s Manual for safety instructions and the product overview.
