Installation Instructions

1. Remove the (2) screws securing each rear roller mount

to the deck frame. Retain mounting screws for reuse.

2. Insert a roller mount onto each end of the roller shaft,

positioning them as shown in figure 1.

3. Secure each roller mount to the deck frame with the

(2) screws previously removed (Fig. 1).

Important Make sure the grease groove in each roller

mount aligns with the grease hole in each end of the roller

shaft. To help align the groove and hole, there is also an

alignment mark on one end of the roller shaft.

4. Thread a grease fitting into the top of each roller

mount (Fig. 1).

5. Mount a skid bracket to the bottom of each roller

mount with a 3/8 screws.

6. Lubricate with No. 2 general purpose lithium base

grease or molybdenum base grease, initially and after

every 50 hours of operation. Wipe grease fitting clean

after greasing.
