Install the On/Off Toggle Switch Parts needed for this procedure: 1 Template 1 Switch assembly 1 Decal/washer assembly Procedure 1. Remove the backing from the template decal (Figure 2). 2. Affix the template decal directly over the Toro logo on the front of the console (Figure 2). 3. At the locations marked on template decal, drill (2) .125 inch diameter holes through the console. Note: Make sure there are no wires, cables or other objects behind the area to be drilled. 4.

E. Mount the harness ground wire ring terminal to the engine boss with a external tooth lock washer and cap screw (Figure 4). Use the right hand boss on the rear of the engine. Note: Feed the engine wires through the R–clamp. F. Unplug the harness connector from the interlock switch in the control panel and discard the old harness. G. Route the wire harness up the right side of the handle to the on/off switch (Figure 5). Connect the white lead terminal to the bottom terminal (#3) on the toggle switch.
