Beforedisconnectingthehydraulichoses,labelthem

withthehydraulicmanifoldportidenticationnumbers

andletterstoassurethatthefutureinstallationiscorrect.

1.Disconnectthe(2)hydrauliccylinderhosesand

ttingsfromthefrontofthehydraulicmanifold(1).

Labelthehoses.

2.Hydrauliccylinder

2.Disconnectthe(2)longtowhitchhydraulichoses

andttingsfromthefrontofthehydraulicmanifold

(1).Labelthehoses.

3.DisconnecttheTowHitchfromtheCoreProcessor.

RefertotheTowHitchInstallationInstructionsfor

theprocedure.

4.InstalltheSAEstraightO-ringbossttingsintothe

hydraulicmanifoldports(2).

MakesurealltheO-ringsareinplaceandlubricated

withhydraulicuidbeforethehydraulicttingsare

installed.

5.Installamalequickdisconnectttingontothe

straightttingsintheC4andAports(2).

6.Installafemalequickdisconnectttingontothe

straightttingsintheC3andBports(2).

OnePassHitchtoTowHitchChangeover

1.Uncouplethe(2)hosesfromthehydraulicmanifold.

2.DisconnecttheOnePassHitchfromtheCore

Processor.RefertotheOnePassHitchInstallation

Instructionsfortheprocedure.

3. Mount the Tow Hitch to the Core Processor. Refer to the Tow Hitch Installation Instructions for the procedure. 4. Connect the cylinder hoses labeled C3 and C4 to the C3 and C4 ports on the hydraulic manifold. 5. Connect the Tow Hitch hoses labeled A and B to the A and B ports on the hydraulic manifold.
