Installing the Relocation Bracket (machines with a manual transmission) 1. Align the holes of the filter support bracket with the holes in the filter relocation bracket (Figure 9). Connecting the Hydraulic Hoses 4. Torque the swivel nut (Figure 11) of the 90° fitting for the remote-float hose to 37 to 45 N-m (27 to 33 ft-lb). 1. Assemble the male quick coupler into the 90° fitting (3/8 inch) as shown in Figure 17. Connecting a Single Acting Cylinder Accessory Disconnecting the Lift Cylinder Hoses 1. Checking the Hydraulic Fittings Operation Using the Hydraulic Float Kit for a Single Acting Cylinder 1. Check the level of the hydraulic fluid in the transmission; refer to the Operator’s Manual for your machine. 1. Move the machine to a level surface and set the parking brake, shut off the engine and remove the key. Note: Add the specified hydraulic oil as needed. 2. Start the machine and check for leaks. 2. Disconnect the lift cylinder hoses; refer to Disconnecting the Lift Cylinder Hoses.
