Installation
Note:Thetrailerbrakekitdesignedtoworkdirectly
withaToroProSweep,butcanbeusedincustom
applications.Foranycustomapplication,itis
recommendedthatastandardtrailerconnector(not
provided)beused.Also,thetrailerconnectormustbe
groundedtothevehiclegroundlocatednearthebattery.
1.Usingthebrakecontrollerasatemplate,locate,mark
anddrilltwo3/16inchdiameterholesinthecenter
oftheatpartofthedashtotheleftsideofsteering
wheelasshowninFigure1.

3.Installthewireharnessasfollows:
A.Disconnectthebattery.
B.Plugthe4-terminalconnectorintothebrake
controllerconnector.
C.Attachthe2-terminalconnector(onegreen,one
black)tothematingopenconnectorfromthe
Workmanvehicle’swireharness.Thisconnector
islocatedunderthedash.
D.Attachtheharnessringterminaltotheground
boltnearthevehiclefuseblock.
E.Plugtheredharnesswireintotheredwireonthe
backofthefuseblock.
F.Routethewireharnessalongsidethemainvehicle
wireharnesstotherearofthevehicle.
G.Securethewireharnesstothevehicleinseveral
placeswithwireties.Keeptheharnessaway
fromanyhotorrotatingcomponents.
H.Connectthebattery.
