InstallingtheFlowmeter
Parkthemachineonalevelsurfaceandengagethe
parkingbrake.TurntheignitionkeytoOfftostopthe
engine.Removethekey.
Accidentalstartingoftheenginecouldseriously
injureyouorotherbystanders.
Removethekeyfromtheignitionswitchbefore
youdoanymaintenance.
1.Locatetheexistingowmeterandobservethe
directionoftheowarrowonthemeter.Disconnect
theowmeterfromthemachinewiringharness.
2.Removetheclampssecuringthehosestotheexisting
owmeterandthenremovetheowmeter.Discard
theowmeter.
Note:Takethistimetoinspectthehosesaround
theworkareaforanydamage,cracks,leaksorother
wear.Replaceanydamagedparts.

thepreviousmeter(Figure2).Usetheowarrow
onthemeterbodytoverifyitispointinginthe
samedirectionasthepreviousmeter.
