Route the 44 inch hydraulic hose from the front bulkhead fitting back through the frame to the #5 reel motor bulkhead fitting (Figure 10). The 45 degree fitting end of the hose is to the rear. Note: Keep the hose away from any sharp, hot or moving parts. 2.

Quick Change Method • Install a cap onto each of the two hose ends on the large tee fitting as shown in Figure 13. Procedure The large tee fitting must be installed in the hydraulic reservoir drain.

Large tee fitting • Using an adapter, connect a small or medium size shop vacuum to the reservoir cover. 2. Connect the 55 inch hose 90 degree fitting to the side port on the reservoir drain large tee fitting (Figure 15). • When the vacuum is turned on, most of the hydraulic oil will be retained in the reservoir. 3. Check the position of each fitting and tighten securely.
