1 2 Draining the Hydraulic Oil Tank Installing the Kit Parts needed for this procedure: No Parts Required Procedure WARNING Hydraulic fluid escaping under pressure can penetrate skin and cause injury. • Ensure that all hydraulic fluid hoses and lines are in good condition and that all hydraulic connections and fittings are tight before applying pressure to the hydraulic system. • Keep your body and hands away from pin hole leaks or nozzles that eject high pressure hydraulic fluid.

13. Secure the 90-degree fitting that is on the end of the hydraulic hose with a hose clamp (Figure 2). Maintenance 14. Attach the adapter fitting to the 90-degree fitting on the hydraulic hose end, and install the hose end adapter fitting into the hole in the hydraulic oil manifold block as shown in Figure 2.
