Procedure

1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface,lowerthecutting

units,settheparkingbrake,turntheengineoffand

removethekeyfromtheignitionswitch.

2.Disconnectthehosefromthettingonthebottom

ofthehydrauliclteradapter(

Figure1)anddrainthe

hydraulicoilintoalargecleancontainerforre-use.

Re-installthehosetothettingafteralltheoilhas

beendrained.

Important:Takecarenottocontaminateoilif

youaregoingtoreuseit.Averysmallamount

ofdirtordebriscanseverelydamagehydraulic

system.

Procedure

1.Removetheplugfromthesideofthepump

(Figure2).

2.Installtheadapterttingtothepump(Figure2).

Note:Beforeinstallinganyhydraulicttingsor

hoses,makesurethecorrectO-ringsareinposition

andlubricated.

3.Installthe90degreettingtotheadaptertting,

positioningasshownin

Figure2.

4.Connectthehose,includedinthekit,tothe90

degreettingandsecureitwithahoseclamp

(Figure2).

5.Measure12inches(30cm)fromtheendofthehose

whichisconnectedtothettingonthebottomof

thehydrauliclteradapter.Cutthehoseatthispoint.

6.Installthecuthoseendsontotheteettingand

securethehosetotheteettingwithhoseclamps

(Figure2).

7.Connectthenewhosetotheteettingandsecureit

withahoseclamp(Figure2).
