Installation

1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface,lowerthecutting

deck,stoptheengine,engagetheparkingbrakeand

removethekeyfromtheignitionswitch.

2.Removetheswitchcoversfromthedecktoallow

accesstothepositionswitches(

Figure1).

harness.Removethecuttingunitharness

5.Removethecarriagebolts,washersandlocknuts

securingtheswitchbracketstoeachsideofthe

centercuttingdeck(

Figure1).Discardtheswitches,

bracketsandfasteners.

6.Routeandthenplugthenewcuttingunitharness

intothetractionunitharness.Securetheharness

withcableties(

Figure2).

Actuator tab 3. Wing deck link 4. 0.188 inches (4.8 mm) 12. Adjust the switch so the target surface, is approximately 0.188 inches (4.8 mm) from the actuator tab on the wing deck link (Figure 5). Tighten the lock nuts securing the adjustment.
