1.Removethebedfromthemachine.

2.Cleanoutanydebrisorplasticthatmaybeinthe

wayoftherepairbracket.

3.Iftheoriginalbossesarenotalreadybrokenloose,

drillfromthetopsidethroughwitha3/4inch(19

mm)drillbittocompletelyremovetheoriginal

bossesinthebox(

It cannot be installed on a box that is not broken. It is not necessary to install this bracket on both sides unless both sides are already broken. 1. Remove the bed from the machine. 3 4 g017232 2.

5. The assembly will need to be positioned before fully tightening the bolts. Position the bracket up against the front rib in the box, then tighten to 22 ft-lbs (29.8 N-m). g017231 2 1 Figure 3 1. Drill 3/8 inch (9.5 mm) holes here 2. Align bracket against this rib 6. Using the top plate as a guide, drill through the box using a 3/8 inch (9.5 mm) drill bit. 7. Install the two outer 3/8 x 1 inch carriage bolts provided and tighten to 22 ft-lbs (29.8 N-m). 8. Reinstall the bed.
