InstallationInstructions

1.Placethecuttingunitonalevelsurface.

2.Removethe(2)capscrewsandnutssecuring

therollerclampstoeachendofthecuttingunit

(Figure1).Removetheroller.

Note:Replacetherollerwiththeroller/scraper

assemblyincludedinthekit.Usethefollowing

instructionstoverifythatthescraperisproperly

adjusted.

4.Looselyinstalltherollertothecuttingunitwith

5.Centertherolleronthecuttingunitandtightenthe

rollerclampcapscrewsandnuts(

Figure2).

6.Centerthescraperontheroller.

7.Movethescraperinoroutintheclampsuntilthe

clearancebetweenthescraperbarandrolleris.015

to.030inches(.38to.76cm).Makesurethescraper

isparalleltotherollerandthelevelsurface.

8.Rotatethescraperuntilthebottomedgeis

approximately1/4inch(6.4mm)fromtheground.

9.Tightenallthecapscrewsandnuts.
