TheCylinderStopKitistobemountedonthe#6and#7

(rear)liftarmsandliftcylinders.

ReplacingtheDeckLatches

1.Positionthetractionunitonalevelsurface,lowerthe

liftarms/cuttingunitsandstopthemachine.Remove

thekeyfromtheignitionswitchtopreventaccidental

starting.

2.Removethebolt,washersandnutsecuringthedeck

latchtotheliftarm(Figure1).

3.Installthenewdecklatchtotheliftarmwiththenew

bolt,(2)plasticwashers,atwasherandalocknut

(Figure1).

4.Removetheplasticgripfromthehandleofthe

previouslyremoveddecklatchandinstallitonthe

handleofthenewlatch.

5.Repeattheprocedureontheliftarmontheopposite

sideofthemachine.

InstallingtheCylinderStops

1.Install(2)cylinderstopstotheextendedcylinderrod

with(2)socketheadscrews(Figure2).

Note:Thelargerchamferedendofthecylinderstop

istobepositionedclosesttothepinconnectionon

therod.
