Important:Ifyouareusingthismachineabove1500m

(5,000ft),ensurethattheHighAltitudeKithasbeen

installedsothattheenginemeetsCARB/EPAemission

regulations.TheHighAltitudeKitalsoincreasesengine

performancewhilepreventingsparkfoulingandhard

starting.Placeahigh-altitudelabelonthemachine

whenitisconverted.

Converttheenginebacktoregularaltitudeusewhen

runningtheengineunder1500m(5,000ft).Do

notoperateanenginethathasbeenconvertedfor

high-altitudeuseatloweraltitudes;otherwise,youcould

overheatanddamagetheengine.

Ifyouareunsurewhetherornotyourmachinehasbeen

convertedforhighaltitudeuse,lookforthefollowing

label(Figure1).

Important: If you are using this machine above 1500 m (5,000 ft), ensure that the High Altitude Kit has been installed so that the engine meets CARB/EPA emission regulations. The High Altitude Kit also increases engine performance while preventing spark fouling and hard starting. Place a high-altitude label on the machine when it is converted.
