2.Removetheexistingreelassemblyfromthecutting
unit;refertotheTractionUnitServiceManual.
3.Ontherightsideofthenewreel(
Figure1),installa
ockedwasher,sealedbearing,andtherightreelnut
assembly.
Important:Ensurethatthemetalsideofthe
ockedwasherisagainstthereelandtheocked
sideisagainstthebearing.
4.Ontheleftsideofthenewreel(Figure1),installa
ockedwasher,sealedbearing,andtherightreelnut
assembly.
Important:Ensurethatthemetalsideofthe
ockedwasherisagainstthereelandtheocked
sideisagainstthebearing.
5.Torquethereelnutsto100ft-lb(136N-m).
6.Installthespacerringandspringwasherintothe
bearinghousingintheleftside-plate(
Figure1).
7.Installthenewreelassemblyintothecuttingunit;refer
totheTractionUnitServiceManual.
8.Installthecuttingunitonthetractionunit;refertothe
TractionUnitOperator’sManual.
