Installtheextendedroller.

InstallingtheExtendedRear

Roller

1.Removetheoldrollerfromthecuttingunit.

2.Removethenut,seal,andbearingfromeachendof

theoldroller.

Note:IfyouareinstallinganewRollerSeal

ReplacementKit,discardtheoldsealandbearing.

Storetheoldrollertubeforfutureuse.

3.Installanewbearing,theblackwasher,andthenut

removedinstep2ontoeachendoftheroller(Figure1).

Note:Makesurethattheseatingandsealingsurface

ofeachnutisnotdamaged.Ifthenutisdamaged,

replaceitwithToropartnumber108-3151.

4.Tightenthenutsuntilthebearingsareseatedoneach

endoftheroller(Figure1).
