Procedure

1.Emptythesprayertank.

2.Movethemachinetoalevelsurface,shutoffthe

engine,settheparkingbrake,andremovethekeyfrom

thekeyswitch.

3.Raisethefrontofthemachineandsupportitwithjack

standswitha1125kg(2700lb)liftcapacity.

4.Removethe5lugnutsthatsecurethefrontwheelto

themachineandremovethewheel(Figure1).

3. Discard the bolts nuts, washers, and upper-spring perch that you removed in step 2. 4. Assembling the Upper-spring Perch and Lower-axle Bracket 4 1. Align the hole in the new upper-spring perch with the nut and bolt that secure the spring stack (Figure 4). Installing the Front Wheels No Parts Required Procedure 1. Align the holes in the wheels with the wheel studs in the hub. 2. Align the wheel flush to the to the hub. 3. Thread the 5 nuts onto the wheel studs hand tight. 4. Torque the lug nuts to 75 to 102 N-m (55 to 75 lb-ft) in the torquing pattern shown in Figure 6. Figure 4 4.
