Installing the Washer-Fluid Tank Routing and Connecting the Hose For Machine without the Storage Box Kit Installed 1. Raise the machine with jack stands. 1. Install the washer-fluid tank to the washer-fluid-tank bracket with the 4 carriage bolts (5/16 x 3/4 inch) and 4 flange nuts (5/16 inch) as shown in Figure 2. 2. Connecting the Kit Wire Harness to the Washer Pump 1. Align the 2-socket connector of the wire harness to the 2-blade connector of the washer pump (Figure 12). 2. Connecting the Wire Harness at the Overhead Console Connecting the Hose to the Pump 1. At the washer-fluid tank, align the end of the hose to the barbed fitting in the washer pump (Figure 24). 1. Securing the Wire Harness and Hose 5. Install 3 push fasteners at the location where you removed the push fasteners in step 4 (Figure 30 and Figure 31). 1. Remove the 2 harness clips that secure the cab wire harness to the front, left cab frame (Figure 30). 6. Secure the washer-pump harness and hose with the cable-tie portion of the push fasteners. 7. Assemble the washer-fluid tank to the tank-support bracket with the 2 carriage bolts (5/16 x 3/4 inch) and 2 flanged locknuts (5/16 inch) as shown in Figure 35. Installing the Overhead-Console Plug and the Roof Panel 1. Align the plug that you removed in step 3 of Removing the Roof Panel (page 12) with the top opening of the overhead console (Figure 34). 2.
