1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface,lowerthebooms,

andsupporttheendswithjackstands.

2.Settheparkingbrake,stoptheengine,andremovethe

key.

3.Removetheelectricalconnectionsandallhose

connections(Figure1).

Note:Pullthehosepinsandremovetoremovethe

hoses.

4. Remove the pin and pull off the bypass valve (Figure 2). 7. With the thur bolts removed, disassemble the valve assembly Note: The o-rings and spacers may fall out.
