Adjusting the Tracking You may need to position the plates differently in order for the machine to track straight. 1. Lightly tighten the screws of 1 speed plate (plate 1) in the rearward (slowest) position. 2. Drive the machine forward, pushing the lever with the slightly tightened speed plate until the machine reaches the desired transport speed. 3. Slow down and stop the machine. 4. Fully tighten the screws to secure that speed plate in position. 5.
