PresstheON/OFFbuttonontheremoteandwaitforitto
ndthebase.Ensurethattherearenobuttonsbeingpressed
ontheremotewhileitisperformingitsstartuproutine.
KeyFunctionalityElements
•Whenthecontrollerisrstpoweredon,thedisplay
shouldread“FLROFFandOPTOFF”inapproximately
5seconds.Ifthewords“waitingforbase”areinthe
display,checktoensurethereiselectricalpowertothe
baseunitandensuretheE-Stopbuttononthebaseunit
ispulledout.
•Thereisalwaysacurrentworkingmemory.Thisisnot
thesameasapreset.Thelastsavedworksettingswill
beinthecurrentworkingmemorywhenthecontroller
ispoweredon.
•Operationalsequenceofthecontrollerstartbuttons:
–Pressingastartbuttononce(AllStart,FloorStartor
OptionStart)callsupthecurrentworkingmemory
settingstoredinthecontroller
–Bypressingthesamestartbuttonasecondtime
thecomponentisactivatedifthehydraulicsarenot
engaged(itshowsnumbersrampingupindisplay),
orthecomponentisturnedonifthehydraulicsare
engaged.
–Pressingthesamestartbuttonathirdtimewillstore
thenewsettingestablishedinthecontroller’sworking
memory.
•Afterpressingastartbuttononcetoviewthecurrent
workingmemorysettinginanon-workingmode,thereis
approximately10secondstobeginadjustingthesettingor
theelementwillrevertbacktoOFF .Inaworkingmode,
the10secondruleisgone.
•Toprogramapreset,thekeytorememberistheelements
mustbeactivatedorengaged.
•Tooperatefromapreset,theelementspeedpercentages
mustbeinthedisplaytoactivateorengagethem.Ifthe
wordOFFisinthedisplay,thepresetmustberecalled.
UsingtheLiquidCrystal
Display(LCD)
The2line,8character-per-lineLCD(LiquidCrystalDisplay)
showsstatusandactivityastheremotebuttonsarepressed.It
featuresuseradjustablebacklightingandcontrast.Changes
aresavedintheremotecurrentworkingmemory.Whenthe
unitisturnedonafterbeingpowereddown,thelastsettings
forcontrastandbacklightingareusedforthedisplay.
ToIncreasetheContrast:
HoldtheALLSTOPandtheOPTIONINCREASEbuttons
simultaneouslywhileobservingthedisplayuntilthecontrast
isasdesired.
