3. Install the U-nuts onto the guard plate and secure the assembly to the machine using the 2 bolts (M10) as shown in Figure 1. 4. Torque the bolts to 47 to 57 N-m (34 to 42 ft-lb). Installing the Relief Valve and Bracket 1. Install the straight fittings and O-rings to the valve as shown in Box A of Figure 2. Figure 3 1. Existing hardware; remove these nuts 5. Secure the valve assembly and bracket to the machine using the 2 nuts previously removed as shown in Figure 4. Figure 2 2.

Installing the Fittings and Routing the Hydraulic Hoses 1. Remove the bolts securing the side panel of the machine as shown in Figure 5. Figure 7 Figure 5 1. Large-tee valve 2. Disconnect the hydraulic hose connected to the 90-degree fitting on the lower valve (Figure 6). 6. Install the large-tee fitting and O-rings to the existing tee valve and connect the hydraulic hose as shown in Figure 7. 7. Torque the fitting to 50 to 63 N-m (37 to 47 ft-lbs). 8.

11. Install the long hose from the large-tee fitting to the valve and bracket assembly previously installed, as shown in Figure 9. Figure 9 12. Torque the upper fitting to 78 to 97 N-m (58 to 72 ft-lbs). 13. Torque the upper fitting to 20 to 25 N-m (15 to 19 ft-lbs).
