Installation 1 Removing the Passenger Seat No Parts Required Procedure 1. Move the machine to a level surface, engage the parking brake, shut off the engine, and remove the key. 2.

5. Remove the 2 socket-head screws (5/16 x 1 inch) that secure the back of the seat tracks to the seat base (Figure 1B). 2 6. Remove the passenger seat from the machine (Figure 2). Preparing the Backing Plate and Grommet Note: Retain the seat and socket-head screws for installation in 4 Installing the Passenger Seat (page 6). Parts needed for this procedure: 4 Clip nut 1 Backing plate 1 Grommet Procedure 1. Align the 4 clip nuts to the 4 holes 8 mm (5/16 inch) in the backing plate (Figure 3).

2. Cut an opening in the foam panel using the opening in the backing plate as a template (Figure 6A). g034145 Figure 4 g034268 Figure 6 3 3. Use an awl to make holes in the foam panel at the 8 holes in the backing plate (Figure 6B). 4. If the foam panel separates from the cab-backing plate, press down the foam panel.
