2 Removing the Hood No Parts Required Procedure 1. Remove the 2 flange-head bolts (6 x 12 mm) located to the left and right of the steering-wheel shaft that secure the dash cover to the steering unit (Figure 16). Procedure 1. Install the paddle switch and the rocker switch into the openings of the switch bracket as shown in Figure 14. Note: Install the paddle switch with the paddle aligned outward.

Assemble the positive battery cable onto the positive battery post and tighten the clamp nut by hand (Figure 20). Procedure Secure the foam marker to the bracket using 4 bolts (5/16 x 1 inch), 4 washers (5/16 inch), and 4 nuts (5/16 inch) as shown in Figure 19.
Operation 3. Pour the proper amount of water into the tank, and then add foam concentrate through the opening in the top of the tank according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Using the Controls Important: Extreme pH levels (hardness or softness) of the water affects the amount of foam concentrate needed. 4. Install the cap on the tank and tighten it by hand. 5. Maintenance Disconnecting the Foam Marker Wire Harness for Sprayer Removal 1. Disconnect the positive-battery cable from the battery; refer to 8 Connecting the Battery (page 9). 2. Disconnect the 4-pin connector of the front-wire harness from the 4-socket connector of the rear-wire harness (Figure 24). Note: Ensure that the 4-pin connectors for the sprayer are disconnected.
