Installation 1 Preparing the Machine g229099 Figure 2 No Parts Required 1. Pump-inlet hose Procedure WARNING 6. Clamp the pump-inlet hose (Figure 2) to control the hydraulic-fluid drainage. 7. Remove the hose from the pump and release the clamp to drain the hydraulic fluid from the hydraulic tank. 8. Clamp the hose to prevent any additional hydraulic fluid from draining. Hydraulic fluid escaping under pressure can penetrate skin and cause injury.

6. Remove the capscrews and lock washers from the solenoid-valve assembly. 7. Remove the leak-detector tank from the machine. 4 Installing the Hydraulic Tank 3 Parts needed for this procedure: Removing the Hydraulic Tank 1 Hydraulic tank 1 Breather 1 Plug No Parts Required Procedure Procedure 1. Lightly lubricate the O-rings of each fitting with hydraulic fluid. 2. Install the hydraulic fittings into the hydraulic tank openings. Note: Set aside all removed hardware for installation. 1.
