Note:Donotinstallabladestiffener.These
bladesdonotrequirethebladestiffener.
2.Lowerthemachineorinstallthemowerdeckas
describedinOperator’sManualforthemachine.
3.Connectthesparkplugwires.
Operation
ConvertingtoSide
Discharge
Note:T ousethemowerinsidedischargemode,
removeonlythedischargecover.
1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface,disengage
theblade-controlswitch,andengagetheparking
brake.
2.Shutofftheengine,removethekey,andwait
forallmovingpartstostopbeforeleavingthe
operatingposition.
3.Releasetheexiblelatchfromthelatchretainer
onthedischargecoverandpivotthedischarge
covertotheright(Figure6).
