5.Securethetubeassemblymountingbracketsto
thesquareholesineachsideofthetrailerwith4
carriageboltsandlocknuts(Figure2).
Positionthetubeassembliessothatthecross
tubesaretotherear.
Note:Ontrailerswithserialnumbersprior
to220000001:T omountthetubeassemblies
youwillneedtodrill3holesineachsideofthe
trailerasfollows:
•Securethetop-rearholeofthetubeassembly
mountingbracket(withthecross-tubetothe
rear)tothetop-rearsquareholeintheinside
ofthetrailer(Figure2).
•Positionthetubeassemblysoitisparallelto
thetopofthetrailer.
•Usingthetubeassemblymountingbrackets
astemplates,locate,mark,anddrill3holes
(9.9mmor0.390inch)ateachmounting
brackethole.
•Securethetubeassemblymountingbrackets
toeachsideofthetrailerwith3hex-head
screws(3/8x3/4inch)inplaceofthe
carriagebolts.
6.Mountaloadramptotherearofeachtube
assemblywithahex-headbolt(3/8x2-1/2
inches),spacer,andlocknut(Figure2).
7.Installahex-headbolt(5/16x2-1/2inches)
througheachofthecenterholesintheload
rampsandthroughthe2rubbertubes(Figure4).
