Removing the Existing Rods 1. Raise the trailer and place jack stands underneath it. 2. Remove the lug nuts that secure the wheel assemblies to the trailer axles (Figure 1). 5. Remove the rods and rod brackets from the trailer (Figure 2). Note: Retain the rod brackets for installation. 6. Remove the side ramps (Figure 3) from the trailer by loosening and removing the fasteners that secure the side ramps to the trailer.

Replacing the Existing Ramp Latch Installing the Rods 1. Install the right and left trailer rods using the previously removed carriage bolts, flange nuts, spring latches, and rod brackets (Figure 5). 1. Installing the Tie-Down Straps 1. Converting the Trailer Configuration Secure the 2 tie-down straps to the trailer using the 2 shoulder bolts, 2 flat washers, and 2 locknuts (Figure 8). Optional Converting from 18 inches to 21 inches Note: If your Trans Pro 100 trailer is configured for a different width walk greens mower, additional parts (sold separately) and installation instructions are required. Note: Retain all components for reuse unless otherwise specified.

4. Using the 2 rear holes in each side insert, mount an insert to each side of the trailer with 2 carriage bolts (2-1/4 inches), 2 spacers, and 2 locknuts (Figure 10). Position the spacers between the insert and the side. 5. Using the rear holes in each side insert, install a carriage bolts (3/4 inch) and locknut (Figure 10). 6.
