For HD, HDX, HDX-D, and HDX-Auto Models Replacing a Brake/Signal Light 1. Retain the fasteners. For GTX and MDX Models 1. 2. Remove the existing rear brake/signal light. Retain the fasteners. 2. Remove the existing rear brake/signal light. Install the rear brake/signal light to the fender using the bracket and 2 screws (Figure 2). Note: Ensure that the red lens (brake light) is positioned to the inside and the amber lens (signal light) is positioned to the outside (Figure 2).

Connecting the Battery For Electric GTX Models: Connect the main negative battery cable (black) that connects the bank of batteries to the ground point of the machine; refer to your Operator’s Manual. For all other Workman Models: connect the negative battery cable; refer to your Operator’s Manual. Checking the Function of the Brake and Signal Lights Checking the Function of the Brake Lights Press your foot on the brake pedal and the brake lights should illuminate.
