springforceisrequired,installadditionalwashers

(PartNo.3256-24)totheeyebolttocompressthe

height-of-groomspringsatalowheightofgroom.

1.Setthedesiredcuttingunitheightofcut;referto

yourcuttingunitOperator’sManual.

2.Setthedesiredheightofgroom;referto

AdjustingtheGroomerHeight(page16).

3.Ensurethatthegroomeradjustersarein

theengaged(operating)position;referto

TransportingtheMachine(page18).

4.Measurethedistancebetweenthewashers(the

currentspringlength)asshowninFigure21.
