3. Slide the wheel hub onto the axle shaft. Install a bolt

and washer to secure the wheel hub assembly to the

transmission axle shaft (Fig. 486).

6. Carefully raise and support the transmission in the

machine (Fig. 488).

7. Install 4 bolts and nuts securing the sides of the

transmission to the frame (2 bolts and 2 nuts on

each side) (Fig. 489).

4. Repeat step 2 to install the opposite wheel hub

assembly.

5. Position the variable speed pulley onto the trans-

mission (Fig. 487).
