ServiceDealer.Thedealerwilldiagnosetheproblemanddetermineif
itiscoveredunderwarranty.

proceduresdescribedintheOperator'sManual.Suchroutinemaintenance,
whetherperformedbyadealerorbyyou,isatyourexpense.

Thereisnootherexpresswarranty:
•Costofregularmaintenanceserviceorparts,suchasbladesharpening
orwornblades
•Anyproductorpartwhichhasbeenalteredormisusedandrequires
replacementorrepairduetoaccidentsorlackofpropermaintenance
•Pickupanddeliverycharges
•Operationalmisuse,neglect,oraccidents
•RepairsorattemptedrepairsbyanyoneotherthananAuthorizedToro
ServiceDealer
•Repairsnecessaryduetoimproperbatterycare,electricalsupply
irregularities,orfailuretoproperlypreparethemowerpriortoany
periodofnon-use.
GeneralConditions
AllrepairscoveredbythesewarrantiesmustbeperformedbyanAuthorized
ToroServiceDealerusingT oro-approvedreplacementparts.Repairbyan
AuthorizedT oroServiceDealerisyoursoleremedyunderthiswarranty.
NeitherTheToroCompanynorToroWarrantyCompanyisliablefor
indirect,incidental,orconsequentialdamagesinconnectionwiththe
useoftheToroProductscoveredbythesewarranties,includingany
costorexpenseofprovidingsubstituteequipmentorserviceduring
reasonableperiodsofmalfunctionornon-usependingcompletionof
repairsunderthesewarranties.
Somestatesdonotallowexclusionsofincidentalorconsequential
damages,sotheaboveexclusionsmaynotapplytoyou.
Thiswarrantygivesyouspeciclegalrights,andyoumayalsohaveother
rightswhichvaryfromstatetostate.

CustomerswhohavepurchasedT oroproductsexportedfromtheUnitedStatesorCanadashouldcontacttheirT oroDistributor(Dealer)toobtain
guaranteepoliciesforyourcountry,province,orstate.IfforanyreasonyouaredissatisedwithyourDistributor'sserviceorhavedifcultyobtaining
guaranteeinformation,contacttheT oroimporter.Ifallotherremediesfail,youmaycontactusatToroWarrantyCompany.
