2.Bringtheproductandyourproofofpurchase(salesreceipt)tothe
servicecenterlocation.Theservicecenterwilldiagnosetheproblem
anddetermineifitiscoveredunderwarranty.

YoumustmaintainyourT oroProductbyfollowingthemaintenance
proceduresdescribedintheOperator’sManual.Suchroutinemaintenance,
whetherperformedbyadealerorbyyou,isatyourexpense.Parts
scheduledforreplacementasrequiredmaintenance(“MaintenanceParts”),
arewarrantedfortheperiodoftimeuptothescheduledreplacementtime
forthatpart.Failuretoperformrequiredmaintenanceandadjustmentscan
begroundsfordisallowingawarrantyclaim.
ItemsandConditionsNotCovered
Notallproductfailuresormalfunctionsthatoccurduringthewarrantyperiod
aredefectsinmaterialsorworkmanship.Thisexpresswarrantydoesnot
coverthefollowing:
•Costofregularmaintenanceorparts,suchasfuel,lubricants,oil
changes,cable/linkageadjustments,lters,sparkplugs,airlters,
bladesharpeningorwornblades,orbrakeandclutchadjustments
•Componentsfailingduetonormalwear
•Anyproductorpartthathasbeenaltered,misused,neglected,requires
replacementorrepairduetoaccidentsorlackofpropermaintenance
•RepairsorattemptedrepairsbyanyoneotherthananAuthorizedToro
ServiceCenter
•Failuretofollowthefuelinginstructionsandrequirements(consultthe
Operator'sManualfordetails),suchas:
–Useofoldfuel(morethan1monthold)orfuelwhichcontains
morethan10%ethanolormorethat15%MTBE
–Failuretodrainthefuelsystempriortoanyperiodofnon-use
over1month
–Improperfuel
•Repairsoradjustmentsduetothefollowing:
–Contaminantsinthefuelsystem
–Failuretoperformtherequiredmaintenanceand/oradjustments
–Rotarymowerbladestrikinganobject
–Improperstartingprocedures
•Specialoperationalconditionswherestartingmayrequiremorethan
2pulls:
–First-timestartsafterextendedperiodofnon-useover3months
orseasonalstorage
–Cooltemperaturestartssuchasthosefoundinearlyspringor
lateautumn
•Productfailuresresultingfromtheuseofmodiedorunapproved
accessoriesornon-Toroparts.
•Failurescausedbyoutsideinuence,including,butnotlimitedto,
weather;storagepractices;contamination;ortheuseofunapproved
coolants,lubricants,additives,orchemicals
GeneralConditions
AllrepairscoveredbythesewarrantiesmustbeperformedbyanAuthorized
ToroServiceDealerusingT oroapprovedreplacementparts.Repairbyan
AuthorizedT oroServiceDealerisyoursoleremedyunderthiswarranty.
TheToroCompanyisnotliableforindirect,incidental,or
consequentialdamagesinconnectionwiththeuseoftheToro
Productscoveredbythesewarranties,includinganycostorexpense
ofprovidingsubstituteequipmentorserviceduringreasonable
periodsofmalfunctionornon-usependingcompletionofrepairs
underthesewarranties.
Somestatesdonotallowexclusionsofincidentalorconsequential
damages,sotheaboveexclusionsmaynotapplytoyou.
Thiswarrantygivesyouspeciclegalrights,andyoumayalsohaveother
rightswhichvaryfromstatetostate.
CountriesOtherthantheUnitedStatesorCanada
CustomerswhohavepurchasedT oroproductsoutsidetheUnitedStatesorCanadashouldcontacttheirToroAuthorizedServiceCentertoobtainwarranty
policiesforyourcountry,province,orstate.Foradditionalquestionsregardingwarrantytermsandconditions,youmaycontactTheT oroCompany.
AustralianConsumerLaw
OurgoodscomewithguaranteesthatcannotbeexcludedundertheAustralianConsumerLaw.Youareentitledtoareplacementorrefundforamajor
failureandcompensationforanyotherreasonablyforeseeablelossordamage.Youarealsoentitledtohavethegoodsrepairedorreplacedifthegoods
failtobeofacceptablequalityandthefailuredoesnotamounttoamajorfailure.
