BaggingtheClippings
Usethegrassbagwhenyouwanttocollectgrassandleafclippingsfromthelawn.
WARNING
Aworngrassbagcouldallowsmallstonesandothersimilardebristobethrowntowardyou
orbystanders,resultinginseriouspersonalinjuryordeath.
Checkthegrassbagfrequently.Ifitisdamaged,installanewTororeplacementbag.

1.Liftupthereardeector(AofFigure13).
2.Inserttherodendsofthegrassbagintothenotchesinthehandlebrackets(BofFigure13).
3.Allowthereardeectortorestonthebag.

GeneralMowingTips
Inspecttheareawhereyouwillusethemachine
andremoveallobjectsthatthemachinecould
throw.
Avoidstrikingsolidobjectswiththeblade.Never
deliberatelymowoveranyobject.
Ifthemachinestrikesanobjectorstartstovibrate,
immediatelyshutofftheengine,waitforallmoving
partstostop,disconnectthewirefromthespark
plug,andexaminethemachinefordamage.
Forbestperformance,installanewT oroblade
beforethecuttingseasonbeginsorwhen
necessary.
CuttingGrass
Cutonlyaboutathirdofthegrassbladeatatime.
Donotcutbelow51mm(2inches)unlessthe
grassissparseoritislatefallwhengrassgrowth
beginstoslowdown.
