2.Movethemachineontoapavedlevelsurface.
3.Withtheenginerunningandthebladeengaged,
sprayastreamofwaterinfrontoftheright,rear
wheel(Figure17).
Note:Thewaterwillsplashintothepathofthe
blade,cleaningouttheclippings.

4.Whennomoreclippingscomeout,stopthe
waterandmovethemachinetoadryarea.
5.Starttheengineandrunitforafewminutesto
drytheundersideofthemachinetopreventit
fromrusting.
6.Shutofftheengine,removetheelectric-start
button(ifequipped),andallowthemachineto
coolbeforestoringitinanenclosedarea.

1.Removeandsavethe2handleknobsand2carriageboltsfromthehandlebrackets(AofFigure18).
Important:Routethecablestotheoutsideofthehandleknobsasyoufoldthehandle.
2.Foldthehandlebyrotatingitforward(BofFigure18).
3.Looselyinstallthehandleknobsandcarriageboltsonthehandlebrackets(CofFigure18).
4.Tounfoldthehandle,referto1AssemblingandUnfoldingtheHandle(page4).
