self-propel-drivebar.
Note:Themachinecomeswithfreewheelingclutches
thatmakeiteasiertopullthemachinerearward.T o
disengagetheclutches,youmayneedtopushthe
machineforwardabout2.5cm(1inch)ormoreafter
youreleasetheself-propel-drivebar.
AdjustingtheBladeSpeed
Thismachinehas2blade-speedsettings:AUTOand
MAX.
•IntheAUTOposition,thebladespeedadjusts
automaticallyforgreaterefciency.Themachine
detectschangesinthecuttingconditionsand
increasesthebladespeedasneededtomaintain
thequalityofcut.
•IntheMAXposition,thebladespeedremainsat
themaximumspeedatalltimes.
Turnthekeyinthekeyswitchtoeitherpositionto
adjustthebladespeedsetting(Figure17).
